I had no idea Baldwin offered so much. I went to their showroom to look at knobs and ended up picking out my countertops, cabinets, faucet…everything! Rod walked me through each selection and probably 50 designs and oversaw the entire installation. I am thrilled with my kitchen!

Rod (Baldwin’s designer) convinced me to use their installers instead of just buying the cabinets. It cost a bit more but was worth every penny. The installers were very conscientious about correct and accurate fitting, extremely neat in their work, very careful with surrounding walls and cabinets, and very friendly. We were extremely pleased with the products and service we received when doing business with your company. We are very pleased with the outcome of our project and have already recommended your business to others.

I only bought a TOTO toilet and washlet at Baldwin, and could not get it installed correctly once I got it home. I called the showroom and we were unable to figure out the problem, but to my surprise Jason from Baldwin offered to stop out on his way home and take a look. He stopped out and figured out the problem. Great product and great service, I’ll definitely be back again!

Very cool showroom. Great displays, and having our designs up on the big screen while meeting with the designer was very cool!
